Linda Dias, MS Ed/Registered 500 Hour Yoga Teacher
Linda’s love of wellness, music and art inspired her to share her passions through teaching. She teaches yoga to all ages and abilities in studio, corporate and private settings. Linda provides specialized yoga instruction for adults with developmental disabilities as well as seniors. She received her yoga teaching certificate through the Kind Yoga School and is a 500 hour certified yoga teacher and registered through Yoga Alliance. Linda brings a relaxed approach to her yoga classes and creates an environment that allows students to safely explore and meet their potential through thoughtful, compassionate teaching.
Along with yoga, Linda shares a passion for music. Her musical endeavors began at age 6, when she began studying violin. She later played with the Marywood College and Pennsylvania State University orchestras. She also performed with the Weis string quartet, providing classical music for wedding ceremonies and receptions. After moving to Cape Cod in 2000, Linda complemented her classical training with fiddle style music–playing classically and “off the page” (without written music). Linda teaches violin to all ages and utilizes the students strengths and interests to create an individualized approach to learning. For information about violin lessons visit Cape Cod Violin. Linda and her husband, Manny perform locally at restaurants, community events and can be booked for weddings, receptions and parties. Linda’s artistic ventures also began at an early age and include jewelry making, painting and working with textiles. She studied jewelry making in San Francisco, CA and teaches multimedia art, jewelry making and silk painting/dyeing techniques.
