Just like me, Yoga Creations of Cape Cod is a work in progress!
Linda Dias, MS Ed, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-Yoga Alliance)
Linda’s love of music, art and wellness inspired her to share her passions through teaching. She has worked with the special needs population for over 20 years, and is the director for a day habilitation program-serving adults with developmental disabilities.
Linda’s musical endeavors began at age 6, when she began studying violin. She later played with the Marywood College and Pennsylvania State University orchestras, as well as in the Weis string quartet. After moving to Cape Cod in 2000, Linda complimented her classical training with fiddle style music – teaching classically and “off the page” (without written music). www.musicbydandd.com
Along with studying and teaching music, Linda’s interests included jewelry making, painting and working with textiles. She studied and taught silk painting and dyeing techniques – creating “wearable” pieces of art.

Working with varied creative mediums has instilled a sense of peace and wellness, as has her practice of yoga. Linda received her yoga teaching certificate through the Kind Yoga School. She brings a relaxed approach to teaching and sculpts a meditative practice that allows her students to explore and meet their potential through thoughtful, compassionate instruction.
